I am updating my previous 5-star review to 2 stars.

Initially, I was extremely happy with the ombré (brunette to blond ends) I got. However, after 3 months and spending $600, I am now very disappointed. The toner faded and couldn't maintain the ash blonde I asked for. I had to pay for another toner, and even after following Lizo's instructions to use blue shampoo, my hair turned a greenish blonde.

What truly disappoints me is the lack of support I received when I asked for a free fix (or at least a discount). I can’t afford to spend more, especially when the result is this unsatisfactory. They refused to offer any solution without additional payment....read full review

I highly recommend Elizabeth at the den salon. I love that she listens and really understand what I want. she delivers amazing cuts and ensures I'm happy. Today I did a big change for me and she did amazing !
