1st time customer at the Chino Hills location on Grand. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I dropped off a full suit and 2 dress shirts at 4pm and Kona Cleaners texted me the next morning that they were ready for pick up. Wow, super quick service!!! I will definitely return in the future.
They were fast, very friendly, and their prices were fair for the work they did. I gave them suits with missing buttons and my suits returned with a new set of buttons with no extra charge. I’ll definitely become a repeat customer.
Used it for the first time. Great experience, easy and fast. The lady at the counter was pleasant...and my sweater was nicely cleaned. Definitely recommend it and will use it again.
