John is Amazing at what he does since using him my house is free of bugs and I have no fleas. If bugs do come to my house they die it's such a comfort to know that I don't have to worry about this. We are very upset bc they didn't catch the rats. They say "we will catch them" every visit but they didn't catch anything in 3 months. All they did was just set up 3-4 regular rat traps in the attic area and checked on the traps every 2 or 3 weeks, didn't block the possible entrance, or clean the droppings. The young guy is nice and friendly though, but all I want is to get rid of the annoying rats. Don't waste your time and money, go find someone who's more professional if you have the same issue. :(
