I came into Walmart to shop but took a chance that maybe they could help me fix my crooked glasses after they got stepped on. The manager, Madison greeted me excitedly & very nicely. She said she can realign them for me at no cost & I was very excited!!! Not only did she realign them to make them straight, she also cleaned them & gave me new nose pads since my old ones were discolored. I came out very happy & excited that my glasses were salvaged!!! Thank you Madison you really made my day with your awesome service!!! Also!! She sat with me to make sure they fit perfectly my face straight after the initial realignment!!!

I bent my frames while traveling and I needed them repaired in order to drive. Madison at the Chico CA Walmart Vision Center was so helpful in explaining options. She found a frame that matched my existing frame so closely you can't tell it was repaired. Thank you Madison for safely getting me back on the road!

New to glasses but the optical team was great and helped me out right away. The tech made it a painless experience they took the time to find the best lenses and frames for me and explained the different options really well. They also have great deals . Overall a great experience I will be recommending to friends and family
