Everyone I've interacted with here is super helpful and nice which is SO rare for an ulta!! Wish I got the name of the employee that helped me find another sunscreen but she was so personable and nice as well as the cashier.

I was indecisive on which skin care product to buy. The assistant manager Melissa saw me going back and forth struggling and she jumped in to help me. Melissa was really sweet and approached me with a gorgeous smile, and was helpful and knowledgeable on different skin care products and made feel confident and comfortable on which skin care product is the best for me. This is the only place I will go to get my hair and brows done! Their salon always looks so nice when I come, very clean and professional. Ria is amazing in the salon- she knows what I want before I know myself! The associates are always so helpful as well. Walking around the store while waiting for my appointment, multiple people approached me to see if I needed help, and showed me products that would work well with my skin. This is my favorite Ulta to go to, and favorite store in general.
