Floating at True Rest spa was a 10/10 experience. First I was greeted by Katie who was amazing and gave me an orientation and educated me on the benefits of floating. I chose to float because of some pain that I had in my back and also to help with mental health. I was lead into a room where I had my own float pod (Room was extremely clean) and had a 60 min float! Needless to say it’s surpassed my expectations. Afterwards Katie was nice enough to let me take advantage of the oxygen bar which was the perfect way to end my time there. I have been going for about a year now and can confidently say that float therapy is profound. The more I float, the greater the ability I have to more deeply relax and let go. I also love combining my float days with big workouts or massages. Thank you, True Rest of Chico, for offering this wonderful healing modality!
Just WOW!!!! My husband and I have been feeling run down lately and decided to give this a try. He was more skeptical than me... I knew it would give me a moment of peace but I never expected how unbelievably relaxing it really is! We were both blown away by the experience but also the facility and staff. I have been dreaming about my float experience, all day today and we are so excited to return. The oxygen bar at the end was an added boost. Love everything about this whole experience
