I have a 1yr old shitzhu and spent months trying to groom her, took her to pet smart only for them to call me back an hour later because she was too anxious. All pet smart did was gave her a bath, didn't even blow dry her, she came back home wet. Tried this place since it's closer to home, and when I picked up my baby, well the smile on her face says it better than I can

The Pampered Pooch does an incredible job with our pups! We called yesterday and they were able to get us in just the next day. They were timely, both dogs done in two hours, and they really paid attention to the details: beautiful groom, nails, anal glands, ears, and even the teeth were clearly cleaned. Wonderful job! We've been in the past and will continue to be loyal customers. Thanks for taking good care of our pups!

I was in Chico for my granddaughter first birthday. First hour at the airbnb my two dogs found something dead and rolled in it! They smelled like s$&@! I called this place and they were able to squeeze us in. When I picked my dogs up, they were not kenneled, they were lying together calm and happy. Walking in, the dogs were all Clearly visible as were the staff. They were are friendly too. My dog looked better than he ever has being groomed. They had to wash him 3x to get the stench out. They cut him perfectly, clean up his paws and nails, which he usually doesn't let people do. We were so Impressed I'm calling to get my other dog in asap because I felt they cared for my babies and made they smell Great and look great. Please go check them out. Ps the collars stunk too and the staff member helped me take the dogs to truck because we didn't want the stinky collar on my fresh clean day dogs.
