The tech was great, the issue was that I had an app and it was in am moved to pm and the moved to another day, and then the day it was moved to they cancelled in the morning, so I wasted 1.5 days waiting, I paid 2 deductibles but lost 1.5 days of wages, it was for stove and dishwasher repairs

Very friendly, VERY knowledgeable, had great ideas and didn't try to upcharge or sell me things. I asked his opinion on several different things and he gave me honest feedback. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

My service technician went above and beyond to get my dishwasher in tip top shape. He event helped me install a new air gap which was definitely not in his scope of work. What a gentleman! Five stars, no notes!
