I recently had a family member stay here for about a month in a half getting help with an infection and getting physical therapy to help build their strength up to be able to live on their own once they got out. The rooms were clean, food was better than other places they have been too and everyone there met you with a smile. I got to say, 5 stars all around, from the CNA's all the way to the social service team at the facility. My family member was able to get the help that they needed. HUGE shout out to the Social Workers that were able to help get them IHSS and Butte Home Health set up once they got home.

Went to visit a long time friend who was recently transferred there from Enloe. Parking was easy. Staff greeting me were helpful. Check in was easy. My friend was not in her room, but staff directed me to where I could find her. They brought me a chair to sit with her. The facility was clean, staff was kind and upbeat. All staff, residents and visitors were wearing masks. They provided an N-95 mask for my visit. No complaints.

Casey was knowledgeable, prompt, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciated the quick, detailed responses and the clear communication regarding what was needed from our team. Oakwood Healthcare is an option for both short-term and long-term skilled nursing placement.
