I went to Dr. Powell about 10-11 years ago after fighting a lifelong battle of yo-yo dieting, starving, fad diets etc. from the recommendation of a friend. I was obese and his plan works. He is a very inspirational and dynamic man and can easily explain to you how the body processes and metabolizes carbs, protein & fat. If you're struggling with weight loss then I recommend scheduling a consultation with him. If you follow his plan, you will see results quicker than you could imagine and without starving and/or straining your already exhausted body.
