“I have been here on several occasions with sick animals and I have always left disappointed and extremely unsatisfied with the care my pets received. But this past week I was in with my very sick girl and ended up having to put her down which was a shock I did not go in thinking I would leave with out her. The Dr I had was wonderful Dr Masonek - very thoughtful and made me feel like a long time patient of hers. She made my family feel at peace with our decision. And the assistant who helped me was just the most compassionate and kind young lady, Faith. She brought my son some crayons and a coloring book to distract him while we were dealing with losing our girl.. we were treated very well by them and are very thankful we had such a positive experience here .
