We use them for our office technical issues and they’re typically fast to respond and friendly when helping. They offer support through remove control of the system as well as through standard phone calls. The only issue I’ve experienced is that they’ve missed a help ticket and my issue didn’t get resolved for several months (wasn’t a serious issue though)

im not sure if they still do it, its been a while, but they make amazing fightstick enclosures if your an avid fighting game player. solid metal no bs. my bro had one when his house burned and in the cremated remains of the house stood a sole arcade stick shell and basically nothing else

These guys have always been super helpful and honest over the years. Recently they spent extra time figuring out what was wrong with my mobo without charging me extra (which earned them pizza), and just gave me some free thermal paste. They rock.
