I wish I could give this place a five-star rating due to the exceptional staff and their willingness to accommodate my scheduling needs over the past two years. However, when I submitted my notice, I was disappointed by the lack of acknowledgment or communication from the management. It would have been nice to receive a simple thank you for my hard work or well wishes for the future. This experience left me feeling undervalued, especially after dedicating so much time and effort to the team. It’s disheartening to realize that a company may not genuinely care about its employees, particularly during their departure.
Partners in Care were unbelievably remarkable in quickly stepping in to take care of my brother with serious developmental disabilities, serious mental health challenges (off meds) and recent 50lb weight loss. The knowledgeable and responsible workers stepped up, took excellent care of him, helping him to stabilize so he could return to supported living peacefully and healthy. Thank you so much!Mimi Brown
