Hobie Jensen and Stephanie Jensen were diligent and delightful for more than EIGHTEEN MONTHS while we tried to sell a building in Paradise. They were excellent at communicating and listening then coming up with clear strategies to try to move an unusual property in an unusual place with absolutely no buyers looking! It was a lot of advertising, spreading the word appropriately, but no one interested in investing in the town and a big landmark building with a business in it. Moni is so great, she’s been my agent 5x! In the last 10 years I have sold 4 houses and bought 1. It sounds crazy, and it is. However, consistently, Moni has been my agent. She has sold houses for me I thought would never sell. She helped me get a home with a 30 day closing during Covid. She has helped me pack, move things into storage, paint, stage, paint decks, and spread mulch. She shows up and works, stays late, keeps in touch, and no matter what she gets things done. My last home was set up, staged, shown, and in escrow within a week and closed in 11 days. Who does that?! Moni does. She’s the best.
