Following a vehicle accident, I was unable to sit down without feeling pain and discomfort in my back, and I was also unable to roll my neck or tilt my head back. After the first session with Anasuya there was immediate relief as I was actually able to comfortably sit in the car seat on the way home from my appointment with her.
