Mission Ranch Primary Care is a highly praised medical facility. Patients appreciate the attentive care they receive from Dr. Furst, PA Bob Kurts, and their supportive staff. The team is commended for their thorough approach, accurately addressing health concerns and providing effective solutions. The warm and helpful atmosphere has left a positive impact on patients, with many expressing gratitude for the excellent care they received.
This place used to be great. Unfortunately they have went downhill. There is a lack of communication and the office staff I have encountered are unfriendly and not helpful. I recently had an appointment and they gave me a lab order (I had to pick up) on a Tuesday for an appointment for the next Monday. They informed me they were behind and I had to pick it up and get my blood work for my Monday appointment which they cancelled. I understand things come up and appointments need to be cancelled. I was concerned about the reviews I read about this place. It also took way longer than expected for me to get my initial appointment - dropped off new patient packet in late June and was not seen until October. My provider, David Skillen, was really attentive and respectful to me, so he definitely made up for the long wait getting in. I feel like the reception area could be better managed - it is often very full of patients. The lab part of the office was confusing as there were no instructions - just a sign in sheet.
