My A/C stopped working on a Friday night before the hottest week anticipated so far this summer. I called McClelland and left a message late that evening. When I hadn't heard back by early morning, I called again and was told a repairman would be to my house by 11-11:30 AM that day-Saturday!He was here at 11 and after a half hour diagnosed the problem. A new thermostat and my house was cool again. I'm so grateful that my maintenance agreement with them has paid off!

Our older home needed new ductwork and new HVAC system. George was very professional and offered a very conservative quote! His crew was out to complete the install within two weeks and were very professional and knowledgeable! I'm sad to leave this review because I used this company for many years has a property manager and had a phenomenal experience. Today, not so much. We work in an office that is a converted Victorian home... When our tech showed up, he refused to program our heating and air conditioning schedule because "it causes problems for people in the office because everyone wants a different temperature." I reassured him that wouldn't be an issue, and he still refused. Then, because something had to be moved out of the way to reach the furnace, he told me he was "not a mover, and that we were unprepared, and he couldn't wait around for us to get our... read full review
