They do not know what they are doing be careful they will order the wrong parts take 10 times longer than they are suppose to and make a mess out of your mouth do not go there

all kremer wants is big high paying insurance companies. kramer office charged me $600.00 cash for 50 minutes of dental hygienist work. basically teeth cleaning. his tv commercials and kremer are a joke to our communities! all his fancy furniture is china knock offs too!

I've waited awhile and thought about not writing a review, but recently they called and I found myself being rude and somewhat angry, now I feel like I should say something. I had a couple of bad experiences here. The worst was getting a crown put in, spending $2000 and it breaking in less than a year. I'm not rich, I didn't have insurance except their 3rd party insurance. I was told the crown should last roughly ten years. I was so frustrated/annoyed by it breaking that I didn't even want to talk tol them, and try to have them fix it. Maybe thats my fault for not communicating a failure of their work/product.
