My son is working on strength training with John for baseball and football. He has been loving it! He jumps out of bed early those days which is not the norm for a teenager. He is excited to report his gains to me and I'm excited to see him making healthy choices.

I love my 6AM workout crew! Great combo of strength and metabolic workout. The trainers demo and explain every motion. They watch closely to make sure our bodies are moving correctly and will modify as need be. We laugh, joke, encourage, and get sweaty together. Perfect!

Perfect combo of strength and metabolic workout! Trainers are very knowledgeable and demo each movement. They make sure your body is moving correctly and will modify as need be. I love my 6AM workout crew! We laugh, joke, encourage each other and get super sweaty! Many different levels of skill.No intimidation here...come in...do what you can do...and feel encouraged and accomplished.
