They entice you with a great deal for a home energy audit and then you have to call and email for weeks to get results. Going on 2 months and have yet to receive the results after being promised 3 weeks, then next week, then end of the week... this program is a fraud. Don't do it.

Our A/C died over the weekend. They setup an appointment and had a person come out to inspect it free of charge. He discovered the issue (a small filter unit fell into the fan) and resolved the problem. Even if they charge me for it, he was very nice and is looking into anything else we might need with the unit (almost 25 years old). So far I am very happy with their service.
