This yoga studio has the best customer service. It was my first time here and I was given a tour of the facility. The staff member informed there were showers to use upon completion of a class and products to put my hair up and tampons to use if needed. The overall atmosphere was very warm and inviting. As for the class, it was free to the community if you signed up through the mindbody app, which wasn't super crowded and something I appreciate. I love a not crowded yoga class.
Love the text reminders, website is easy to navigate and sign up for classes online, and the staff are very friendly! Instructors are easy to follow, the lighting is subtle, helps with tranquillity. The women's locker room is clean, and the layout of the building is easy to navigate. Lastly, I love the cold wash cloths infused with essential oils given to each attendee after class.
Came for a drop in while in town for work and took a class with Odie, he was rude and short with me from the beginning. He explained that the class is a blend of bikram and flow, and neither was true. Class was choppy, not fluid and he was monotone and cold the entire practice. He didn’t even address the group at the beginning of the class. Yoga is all about energy and Odie’s energy was so off and not enjoyable
