We have been customers for several years and the service has been less than satisfactory….and we are not high maintenance folks. This last year…with little response…our taxes were filed very late…not by us…accruing a $900 late fee…amongst other fees/losses. Now with Harold’s retirement…we have no real recourse. Very disappointing. Wish we would have found other tax provider long ago!
Called twice. First time spoke with a lady who took my info and said he would call back. No call back. I called again a week later, left a message on the machine. No call back. I can only assume he doesn't want my business.
Helped both me and my girlfriend out when we both had issues with our taxes. Was very quick which was great as we needed our taxes for financial aid for school. Also helped us get a larger refund in the process
