Never had it prior to this appt, but she recommended it because I wanted deep tissue to help with my sciatica and back stiffness. Jennifer is an amazing masseuse, she is very attentive and is able to focus in on the problem areas. I have a very tense upper and lower back, after the massage I feel very relaxed and at peace. I highly recommend Jennifer for anyone with back or muscle problems. She is also highly skilled in Ashiatsu massage, which is very good for deep tissue work.
