Working with design SI was amazing. I love how the residential designer really tries to get to know you as a person and family. How we want to use the space. What are our routines. Before he even puts pen to paper on the design. He is extremely collaborative and flexible but also knows when to caution me and my wife to make sure we understand cost and time implications based on changes we wanted. I highly recommend! I can't imagine what our house would have turned out like if we hadn't found Rouben and his team. They brought our house plans to life with their realistic renderings. They are there for you as much or as little as you would like. We came to Rouben with our house plans already almost completely drawn but needed his help when it came time to decide things like a giant wall of windows, where to place certain doors and windows, how big to make them, where to place beams in the ceilings, cabinet height, color choices, landscape layout, etc. Looking at the plans on paper just isn't enough.
