Luke Haight came to our home and tested our tap & filtered water drinking water. He explained the test results and the proposed system completely and clearly. We are very happy with the professional and courteous service that Luke has provided us.

Requested to have a water test done, they never showed and never contacted me. So I scheduled again but the same thing happened. Either they are way understaffed, have 0 customer service skills or just don't need anymore customers. Either way I'm going to find a different company to help me. Update: finally got a hold of them they had a BS excuse for not getting a hold of me actually they blamed me the customer. Well guess what been calling and leaving voicemails for a week now with no response. Worst customer services I've ever experienced so far for any company.
