Excellent customer service! I didn't know who to call to service the gas furnace in my Clayton Home. It has never worked correctly since the home was purchased. Water leaked out into the unit and onto the floor since day one. A CEM sticker on the unit told me they did the conversion to propane, not the installation. So I gave them a call, they called me back, and were here in an hour. Rob fixed the installer errors, and he was done in 20 minutes. I highly recommend Connect Energy Mechanical for your HVAC needs.

When my air conditioner stopped working in the heat of summer Connect Energy really came through for me. They diagnosed the problem, which also would affect my home heater, explained the situation thoroughly to me, and was able to install a new unit quickly, and at a great price.
