Great communication on the product and the installation process. I thought not being on-site for the install could be a challenge, but the team made it a non-event for me which was greatly appreciated!

Daniel was very helpful in diagnosing the electrical problem and finding the most economical way to remedy it. Ethan did fast, efficient work in cleaning up the electrical wiring mess that was created by the 4 unknown electricians (!!) that floated through during our house build.
Both Daniel and Ethan were friendly in all our interactions and patient and helpful in answering all our endless questions. It's a pleasant breath of fresh air to encounter honest, knowledgeable licensed contractors. Thank you both!!

Excellent service! The unit had not been serviced in many years and Alejandro did a great job cleaning the A/C unit and completing all preventative maintenance tasks. CEM has been great to work with from installation of our solar panels to repairing our heating unit and now servicing the A/C.
