My appointment had to be rescheduled from 9 to 8 and that left me with bringing my son and my daughter because it was too early for school. I didn’t know I couldn’t bring her in the room with me so that was annoying BUT I was able to leave her up front and check on her by sticking my head out the door. The doctor/dentist was ahhhhmazing!!! She was SO fast and so kind and I really appreciate it because my son has PTSD from the last dentist. To the women up front, thank you for not making me feel like crap for having to leave her up there to comfort my son during his tooth pull. Thank you 1000 to the doctor for being so understanding and kind to my boy.
Es la peor experiencia, firmé un contrato por invisiline, al principio todo bien mi peque cambiaba de tray cada semana, después cambiaron de ortodoncista y el nuevo dijo que no que las tray se iban a cambiar cada 2 semanas sin una explicación solo porque sí, después perdieron sus trays y tuvo que usar la misma por un mes y medio. Le ponen nuevos attachments, mi kid hace muchísima saliva, después de un rato viene la dra y dice: "llevas casi una hora con este paciente" a lo que le respondí, "no estamos aquí por hora, se supone que ustedes deben brindar calidad de servicio", solo me ignoró y se fue. vuelven a cambiar de ortodoncista y la... read full review
My daughter had an appointment yesterday and had to be sedated, she's 5 and they make sure everything is okay before we leave my daughter woke up okay and not crying,, she didn't have any bad effects with her anesthesia. Drs was so nice and make sure I understand every procedure. Thank you guys.
