We bought our house, new, 35 years ago. It was time for a new roof, especially after having so much rain this past year, and leaks were discovered. Our old roof was composite tile, apparently the tiles were put too close together so that water drainage was an issue, and we also had moss, which isn’t good. Chico Roofing came to our rescue. They were fair in pricing, and the crew that installed our roof (Jesse was the foreman) were very respectful, polite, considerate, and clean/neat. Chico roofing has a very professional hard working crew. They toughed out the blistering heat while having to hand carrry the old roof to the street due to steep driveway. Every day they made sure the yard was clean and free of nails at the end of the day. 5 man crew got it done with great attitudes. Highly recommend. You'll pay a little bit more, but I knew that going in and could tell it was a top notch company that wouldn't let me down.
