What an absolute delight to work with! I should preface this review with the disclosure that I am, by most people’s account, a relatively difficult person to appease…and by no means an ideal client by any realtor’s standards. Generally speaking, I’m rather gruff, impatient, studious, hardheaded, pragmatic, stubborn and just down-right demanding at times. I know what I want, and once I’ve made up my mind, there’s not much hope of anyone altering my opinion… That said, in my hunt to find a new “forever-home” to call my own, there was one individual who broke through my hardened exterior, assuaged my stubbornness and made the entire home buying process a relative breeze… Carly Wolf! From the moment we began discussions on what my ideal domicile would look like, Carly was completely and utterly wonderful to work with. Aside from being a consummate professional, she had a firm grasp on what it was I was looking for and only sent me listings that she knew would meet my standards. When called upon with questions, whether it be at 5am or 9pm, she was always quick to respond, (within reason of course) and delivered informed and knowledgeable guidance. She was also swift to admit when she didn’t have an answer off the top of her head, but rather than try to sell me some Grade-A Malarkey, would follow up shortly after with a researched and considerate response. That kind of honesty and integrity is a rarity in the real estate industry these days, and something I very much appreciated! I addition to being a patient, kind and punctual individual, she was always communicative and very involved in making sure I knew what was going on between multiple sellers and the other agents. Carly consistently touched bases with me and made it a point to continue checking in throughout the whole process. She made me feel as if I was her only client, and had her undivided attention, even though I knew she was giving the same attention to all her other customers. Carly is true to her word, does what she says, and worked her keister off to make all necessary arrangements which kept the arduous, frustrating and often bewildering process of buying a home moving forward, all while keeping a pleasant demeanor the entire time. In fact, one of Carly’s greatest assets is her consistently positive and bubby personality, which I hate to admit, began to rub off on my otherwise surly-natured self. And there you have it… What more is there to say? Carly is definitely one of the good ones! So, do yourself a favor and give her a call. I can honestly say, while writing this review from the back porch of my wonderful new forever-home, that I made the right choice and couldn’t be happier! Go with Carly and I guarantee you’ll soon be saying the same!

I recommend Carly because I’ve known her since she was a child. She is a kind, thoughtful, and charming person who would be inclined toward pleasing whomever she chose to represent!
