So I called this morning to make an appointment for my daughter. I was told they were booked for the day. Okay, so I asked if there were any openings for tomorrow. The receptionist said she had a few openings, but could not schedule my daughter. I would have to call back tomorrow because, to quote the receptionist “give all patients a chance to get an appointment”. Seriously? Since when is Chico Pediatrics working off a first come, first serve basis? And then I was told that the phones start ringing at 8:30am…well if that’s the case, how come you open at 9am? My boys have never had as great as care as they did with Dr Stanley but when he left we had no choice but to switch providers. Dr Asarian was amazing and then he left. We were just told that our youngest now needs to seek new care because he is an adult (at 16 years old) while our middle son was able to seek care there until he was 18 years old and left for college. I felt this was rude and inconsiderate. We would not recommend this pediatric office to anyone.

A lot of turn over in doctors because not every doctor agrees on all the vaccines Chico pediatrics demands. Even if you want to spread out your infants vaccines they will not allow it.
