Chico Pediatrics

I've taken my kids to this office for the past 10 years and the experience has been fine, until recently. We got behind on immunizations for our youngest (partly because I was waiting on call-backs from them after receiving care from another provider who they wanted records from). When they finally got the records they needed, they didn't call me (I had requested they please do since we were behind on vaccines), and then when I tried to schedule an appointment to get him caught up, they refused to take us *because he is behind on his vaccines*. I want to start by saying that I genuinely love this pediatric office. My family has had great experiences here, and the staff has always been kind and caring. This review is not about the practice as a whole, it’s specifically about my experience with Jill.

Unfortunately, my first impression of Jill was not a positive one. The very first thing she said when she walked into the room was that Monica, whom my children had been seeing for their care the entire time we’ve been patients at this practice, had left and that I was welcome to follow her if I wanted to.
