So I called this morning to make an appointment for my daughter. I was told they were booked for the day. Okay, so I asked if there were any openings for tomorrow. The receptionist said she had a few openings, but could not schedule my daughter. I would have to call back tomorrow because, to quote the receptionist “give all patients a chance to get an appointment”. Seriously? Since when is Chico Pediatrics working off a first come, first serve basis? And then I was told that the phones start ringing at 8:30am…well if that’s the case, how come you open at 9am? No where does it say on your website you have your phone lines open at 8:30 to start taking calls. If...read full review
