I have a new baby and had to reschedule twice because appts with baby and then had my oldest daughter break her leg on 4th of July and called 24 hours in advance to reschedule and literally had the receptionist tell me they would not let me reschedule again cause I had rescheduled prior. If they get paid regardless and I call in advance to reschedule I don't feel they should be able to threaten patients to never reschedule again. Life happens and I always at least call and I just feel this was unprofessional and not supportive of families and family emergencies and events us moms cannot always prevent. I no longer want to be a patient here nor would I recommend them to anyone. The receptionist did not seem to care about me as a patient or my life nor did she even acknowledge my daughter breaking her leg. I would NOT recommend them as a busy mom or someone with unexpected events. They are not family oriented or supportive of what normal people face day-to-day. I prefer dentists that are more personable and family Oriented.
