I can’t thank Chico Florist enough. They went above and beyond for me. They were swamped with orders that day but told me they could fit my order in. When it came to delivery my girl had already left work. This was all supposed to be a surprise so I was giving them live updates of her location. They made it happened and the element of surprise was beyond perfect. Thank you for helping me make a special day for both of us.

I recently ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife for our 25th wedding anniversary. I had them delivered at her work. The bouquet arrived the same day I ordered them. My wife was very surprised and she absolutely loved them. I was able to order it on line and it was very easy. My wife brought the flowers home and she is still raving about how beautiful they are. Its been 7 days since I ordered them and they are still blooming and incredibly fragrant. Thank You Chico Florist

There was some confusion regarding the delivery address. By the time we worked that out, the business had closed early for Thanksgiving. They then called me back to determine where to send the flowers. Chico Florist went way beyond normal customer service and offered to deliver to a different address several miles away. They were happy to make that change and deliver to the new address with no complaints of additional charges. Highly recommended
