They never pick up the phone I can’t never get in contact with this company.i get no emails from them or recipe from my car payments,i been making payment every moth for 3 years now i hate it.

At first I didn't mind having my car loan thru them especially living across the country. The communication was great even with the time difference if I had any questions. But as of now they went thru this company called Pivot Rock Solutions for processing the car payments. At first, I thought no big deal just trying to make things flow more smoothly or whatever. But after starting to pay my payments thru pivot rock they add a "convince fee" to process the car loan for paying online. This group of people from the ladies to the guys are absolutely excellent! They are attentive, straight forward, and honest. They have literally bent over backwards to help me in every way possible throughout my tough financial hardship. They literally will do anything they can to help as long as you’re honest and direct with them. I have never had a finance company that felt like you were talking to a friend or an actual human till I financed here. Yeah my interest is a bit high but that is due to my own faults and divorce.
