So my partner and I needed a sewing machine. We had used them before but we didn’t know a whole lot about them. We were originally just going to go to Joannes and pick one out but my partner suggested we go here and make it a fun mini date since neither of us had ever been. Oh my gosh I am so glad we did!!! They had like all the sewing machines ever out on display, a bunch of beautiful quilts, fabrics and patterns… Stuff for cosplay, beautiful embroidery floss. I mean they really have it all, and the prices are very reasonable too (I am a broke college student and I will choose to come back here over a big box store). I had a brother sewing I bought in Reno for my granddaughter in Chico and it would not sew. While visiting, I took to Cathy’s sew/vac and the sweetest gal, Tori, looked at it and detected the problems immediately ( threaded wrong and bobbin placed wrong) and remedied it on the spot for no charge ! Great customer service, Tori! Way to go!!!

I took my vacuum in to be cleaned. It works fine. Just collected a lot of dust and dirt Over the last few years. Received it back with dust and dirt on the outside. The inside seems to be clean...however, didn't understand how they felt it was okay to not wipe the outside of the vacuum down too. I went ahead and wiped it down.
