Fast delivery, excellent customer service and PAINLESS returns. The return process took 4 whole minutes over the phone. Yes, I waited for 5 or 6 minutes on hold to speak to someone but they spoke well and before I could find my order number, she had already looked it up by my phone number. I was off the phone in 11 minutes and that's partially because we had a friendly chat! Highly recommended!
I'm four star happy and it would have been a five star if it weren't for the fact I had to wait so very long for a replacement toilet tank cover. IT had a manufacture flaw and we let them know immediately. I did go thru ALLOT of calling different numbers before I got results but in the long run I'm super happy with the results.
Ordered 3 fans. One came in damaged. They replaced it immediately and followed up with me. I didn't have to send back the broken one first. Plus they refunded me a portion of the money I spent for the installation of the bad fan, even though it technically wasn't their fault.
