Better late then never! I meant to write this review a month ago, when we actually had things installed. I can't say enough good things about this company. We went to pick out flooring finally (both carpet and plank flooring) over six months ago. We had them come out and measure and give us an estimate, and had all sorts of plans to have things done after vacation. Unfortunately my husband had to have knee surgery from tearing his ACL and it put a damper on our finances. I called back MONTHS later, and had them rework the estimate. They pulled up our record without me having to come back in, and helped me get at least the carpet installed in our stairway (we have to do things in stages now in order to get it all done financially) They were SO communicative about the estimate, the appointment, and the gentleman that was coming. The guy that came (I think his name is Mike) was probably THE best contracted worker we've ever had out here. I literally called him the carpet master. He took so much care and time to do things the right way, and while he was installing, came across a few issues with our stairs. He took the time to not only fix those issues, but helped me paint and sand the trim pieces that were now showing from the old carpet BEFORE he put my super nice new carpet down. Everything was clean, and organized, and he was extremely efficient, and timely. I called in to the office and told them he could come any time to my house to help! LOL. We will definitely be purchasing the rest of our flooring from this company, and I cannot recommend them enough for their EXCELLENT customer service. Worth every penny, and SO glad we didn't use a big box store.
Bigfoot is the place to go! We buy all our flooring from Bigfoot because the price can’t be beat for one and for two, they are customer oriented and dependable. We buy our vinyl plank flooring and install it, but have them install any carpet. Yesterday they arrived before the estimated time (unheard of with subcontractors!) and the carpet looks amazing! Quality work every time!
