We had a fantastic experience working with Mike, Lela, and their son. I wish I could give them 10 stars!! My mom's AC went out when the temperature hit 116. I figured there was no way anyone would be available but Mike called my husband back within the hour and was at my mom's house within 2 hours! He quickly diagnosed the issue and then showed my husband how to set it up so that my mom could use her AC until he ordered the part. He was back with the part in 2 days and had it installed and blasting ice cold air in a blink! Extremely nice guy and knows what he is doing. I wish we had more Mike's out there, hard working, honest, and kind. I couldnt recommend anyone more highly! Anyone who gives him anything lower than 5 stars need a therapist...read full review
Mike showed up after 5pm when our AC stopped working - our home warranty couldn't get anyone out until the next day "sometime". It was the first really hot day this year - outside was over 100 degrees, and when I got home at 4:30, the main floor inside was 85, upstairs was 95. He had our system back up and running in minutes. He was knowledgeable and educated us about our NEW AC system (that another company installed). Gave us a ton of info to help us get the most out of our system, and answered all the questions we had. I wouldn't hesitate to use Barnhart again.
