Baird has done 4 roofs for us so far. Everything from a couple small rental units to our Durham house and Camp Fire rebuild with standing seam metal roof has been top notch. They have always provided fair pricing and Priscilla at the office is a joy to work with. At one of the rentals they accidentally broke a window and replaced it without any hassle from us.

Baird was one of the two local companies recommended by AES when I was getting solar quotes but also needed a reroof first. Baird came in at a more competitive quote, but I also liked that they sent someone out to measure and chat with me vs just a quote based off satellite imaging. It was helpful to talk about the current condition of my roof as well as any potential improvements needed like venting.All the guys were professional and respectful of my space. They did a good job cleaning up; a few pieces got missed but it was during some high wind times and they were small so no worries there.
