Our water heater went out the day after Christmas and they got me on the schedule the next day. I ran to grab a water heater and the technician Omar informed me that our system is a direct vent unit and not atmospheric. So return a water heater and try to get a direct vent. Accurate could order it but it would have to be shipped and then install Friday. Luckily my wife was taking our daughter to Sac on Monday to fly back to college and was able to grab it directly from Pace(also outstanding). Back on the schedule for Tuesday. The guys that have come out have been the most courteous and polite that I have had the pleasure of working with. They always do a great job and explain everything! love working with this company!
