They were able to clean and return a suit and two dresses within a short time frame, with great attention to detail such as accurate stitching and ensuring all buttons and patches were secure. Although their prices are on the higher side, their friendly and kind approach to customer service makes for a positive experience.
They have a new seamstress; she is the best I've seen in Chico. Made my garments look factory. I have been coming here for years, and she better than the previous owner. The previous owner was good, but sloppy. Please go see Mrs Hong at 3rd Generation Cleaners for your alteration needs. Can't recommend them enough.
