I just tried the service for the first time and had a pleasant experience. I have a wedding Friday and I came in on like Tuesday. They got things back to me on Thursday and they were life savers for that. The stitching was great way better than I ever could. And my men's suit was returned cleaned and with every button still attached. My girlfriend also requested them to close up the end of her pants because they had a slit and it came out better than we expected. Thanks!

Very friendly and helpful. I like that they do alterations and sew on patches and such. It's a little pricey, but it helps ease my load. You do need to check to make sure all of the patches are sewn on, but if they miss one they fix it right away and are so kind about it.

Took in 2 dresses and I was in a rush due to someone else forgot to take them in...I took them in late Wednesday and they were done by noon on Friday! They also do alterations there as well, so I will be back to have some items altered.
