On my first visit I had all three of my young cats. I was so impressed by all the staff, from the front desk to the vet tech and Dr. Susie herself. This clinic is extremely welcoming. Everyone is kind, caring, friendly and professional. I will definitely use their services again. Even though it is a long way from where I live it's well worth the drive. I didn't feel rushed, I felt listened to and I could tell they wanted to be as helpful as possible. A great experience, thank you.

Dr. Susie and staff are so wonderful, compassionate and caring. They've fit me in a pinch a couple times for my sick senior dog. They eventually helped me through the difficult passing of my dog and helped me also welcome a new puppy to our family. I am so happy we have a great vet here in our small town.

I am so grateful for this office Dr. Susanna is very knowledgeable & thorough in her exams. The office is clean & the staff are so nice & friendly. I got a referred to the animal eye clinic in reno, called chester vet early that morning & asked to send his records over so the reno clinic could have them for his first visit. I drove to reno from susanville got there early so I could send the email I received from chester but low & behold they had already received them from chester I was so thankful & impressed that it had already been taken care of. Thank you Tawnia you & everyone there are awesome♡♡♡
