Dr. Meredith and the staff are all very kind and professional. I feel confident having my animals in their care. Plus, they make every visit as easy as possible for my pets... that means so much to me!

I asked around in Susanville and was told that the best veterinarian is in Chester... I heard it from several independent sources so I called and made an appointment. I've had dogs in the 1990s in Los Angeles, and I've been to some pretty good vets but they weren't in the same caring, patient, and professional class as the staff at Nelson Veterinary Services. They really cared about my puppy having a good experience with going to The Vet. My dogs in LA could be shocked into obedience with the threat 'You're going to the vet' and I never realized that a vet visit could be anything but traumatizing for a pet until I experienced veterinary medicine as practiced by this group...read full review

The vet assistants/techs were very calming and gentle with my dog, Ocea. The explained what they were doing and why, and fully informed me about the options that I had. 10/10 Would Recommend ?
