Ernie and Sons is terrific!!! We had a complex problem because it involved an 11-year-old tankless water heater that needed adjustment due to installation error. Moreover, it required locating manufacturer parts when there are supply chain issues, as well as remediating installation to current standards. Ernie and Sons immediately understood that tracking down parts would not be easy, and offered recommendation to another plumbing company with a "tankless expert" who would know sources to locate the manufacturer parts, meet manufacturer specifications, and service the water heater by current standards.
