I chose Ultimate because of an initial phone call with Eraz. When Eraz couldn’t come out because of a prior commitment, we agreed to have Joseph come out. Needless to say, I was delighted with all aspects of this service call. Joseph texted that he was en route, arrived within the estimated time and did a thorough job looking at all angles of the problem. Once he determined the root cause, he suggested a recommendation and gave an approximate cost to repair. I am very pleased with Ultimate and will hire them again for my HVAC needs.
