Had an 8 a.m. appointment in Chula Vista. I live in a condo, so that was challenge enough. The crew was awesome. They came in, assessed the stairwell, and went to work. They were courteous and they also listened to me when it came to my opinion in trying to assist them because I've moved a lot around in my home. We came up with alternate solutions for the condenser unit (had to be lifted through the balcony window). It made me feel great that they allowed me to watch some of their work because I am a Do It Yourselfer (I wasn't managing them). I also felt valued because sometimes professionals can be one-way in their thinking while this crew was open minded. The work was very professional and beautifully installed. Only had two blemishes to my interior and they were covered up by a small paintbrush and paint. That is AWESOME considering the tight bends, etc. in my home. Clean up behind the crew was minimal and this job was pretty messy. They did a great job of protecting my carpets, walls, etc. Operated the unit that evening and the unit worked beautifully! Couldn't be more satisfied. 10 out of 10!!!!!
