Daniel showed up at the house right on time. I was sent a text with his picture and gps tracking info before his arrival. NICE touch! It was our 6 month PM on our new AC purchased from American Heat and Air in March of this year. All I can say about Daniel is 100% professionalism!!! He was not only VERY knowledgeable in his duties, but also a genuinely nice guy!!! He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns about the new system. He even showed me some things on the thermostat that I did not know about. It is hard in this day and age to find a service professional like him. I will be recommending American Air and Heat to everyone that I know and that is mostly because of Daniel! This guy deserves a raise..:)
