Uzi is great, he has been very responsive for all issues during my rental house roof renovation. He never tried to push me to spend unnecessary money to pass the city permit inspections. He went to my place many times to discuss with workers and make sure the surrounding areas were clean without any debris left over by the roof construction everyday. He is very reliable person and I will refer him and Royalty Roofing to the property management company I used to work and other friends who need the roof works.
Uzi was very professional and pleasant to work with. We were out of the country after I signed the contract and he took care of everything, securing the permits, scheduling, etc. He also kept me updated on the work progress. I spent a little bit more because of more broken tiles than was allowed for in the contract. I think the price is fair and the “peace of mind” I got dealing with Uzi is priceless.
