I’ve gone a total of 4 times now. Still trying to decide whether this will be my go to place.
I’ve had bio gel manicure (and fill), gel pedicure with callus removal + 10 min massage, and eyebrow wax done. The bio gel manicure despite trying two different technicians is okay (3 stars). A manicure in my experience includes at a bare minimum pushing back and cleaning cuticles. Once they did not push back the cuticles and another time the cleaning of the cuticles was subpar. Both technicians have felt like they were rushing through my service. I’ve been going here for like 2 years now and I love this place!!!! Tammy and Kathy are amazing! Every time they do my nails, I always receive compliments either at the work or out and about:)
I have tried TONS of nails salons but no one has been able to match Polished Nail Lounge!! The staff here are very attentive and always try to go the extra mile for their clients. They are very clean and hygienic as well. I highly recommend Tony or Evie for nail designs. If you want a classic manicure, I highly recommend Tammy. The photos I’ve included in this review were designs done by Tony!
